IIHM as a group is large and diversified imparting knowledge in the field of Hospitality & Tourism, IT sector and Higher Secondary Education through its sister concern R.P Jr. College of Arts, Science & Commerce. It has highly qualified and experienced faculty members in their respective functional areas. IIHM boasts of having more than 1,000+ students in various courses.
At IIHM, we are committed to guiding our students in a value-driven culture along with creating a professional environment. Our goal is to help our students to grow to new heights keeping them rooted in our traditional values and heritage-rich culture. We at IIHM teach our students the value of old traditions by putting them to use in a modern innovative way. Our students thus pass out with a cultural, technological, and purpose-driven approach to taking on the world.
Today we have Alumni of more than 10000 Students who are placed globally in various Hospitality Sectors.
We also believe in uplifting the underprivileged students by supporting them with required resources for better career opportunities in the field of education .Our trust has actively conducted various Skill Development training programs like Hunar Se Rojgar Tak (An initiative of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India), Dindayal Upadhay Gramin Kaushalya Vikas Yogana, Bakery Training to Women of Mahila Bachat Gath (MAVIM, Govt. of Maharashtra), Kaushalya Vikas Yojna (ST Development Dept. – Govt. of Maharashtra), Resettlement Training for Defence Personnel (DGR) Ministry of Defence, Govt of India)

Indian Institute of Hospitality & Management, Vasai was established in 2003 under the flagship of R.P Educational Trust. Our founder inaugurated the Indian Institute of Hospitality & Management with the sole vision of providing quality & affordable education to the youth of Mumbai’s Western Suburbs. Under his leadership and guidance, IIHM has grown to great heights becoming one of India’s leading institutes for Hospitality & Management studies.

Our Mission
To provide affordable quality education, while enhancing students’ knowledge and skills in hospitality Industry, inculcating ethics, identifying potential talents & providing opportunities to showcase them and thus shaping the students into future leaders, entrepreneurs and above all good human beings.
With the rapidly growing environment we believe we need to have some out of the box qualities in our students, so we have come up with “Dexterity Enhancement Formula”, “Proven Communication Toolkit”, and “Behavioural Augmentation Theory” to give an extra edge to each student. Aforementioned programs are applied step by step throughout the course to develop qualities such as decision making ability, planning, situation handling and effective communication skills.
The institution has grown over the years in pursuit to meet the professional needs of hospitality industry & crossed several milestones of excellence by placing our students across the globe in the reputed hotels, Cruise ships and Aviation and many more.
